Have you heard about Calisthenics or maybe saw someone do gravity defying moves such as Handstands, Muscle-up or the Human flag? Chances are, it is related to some form of Calisthenics training and the good news is: you can start learning it today! No matter what your current level of strength is, there are no requirements. Together we’ll learn methods to train and evolve at your own pace
The principle of Calisthenics is acquiring mastery over your bodyweight in order to progress in real 3 dimension movements that seem to defy some laws of physics. You probably have experienced some sort of outdoor or home activities such as yoga, functional training, bodyweight training, Pole dance or Pilates. Calisthenics is all of that and yet different, it’s about grasping and eventually applying several of those elements in training towards your goals and mostly forge your willpower to reach it.
My role is to give you the keys needed to unlock your potential. Keys like mobility, strength training, understanding your body mechanics, learning balance and also try to prevent injuries from other physical activities.

The first steps are always the hardest, but you need to remember that stepping into the Calisthenics World will benefit the future you.
The classes are suited for newcomers or beginners who have no or liltte experience of calisthenics but also for intermediate who already attended classes or started self practice.
We have different themes variating from mobility training, specific skills development, body awareness and handbalance / balance but all have the same goal to help you grow in your journey of mastering your bodyweight and conquer gravity.
All group classes are indoor from September to June unless exceptionally good weather before then.
For personal training it can be both indoors ( location to be determined on preference) or outdoors as long as the weather allows decent training.
In Summer we organize calisthenics bootcamps outdoors.
CLASSES SUMMARY:
TUESDAY’S Calisthenics Moves & Mobility.
-During this class we are going to work on wide range of movements that will mobilize your strenght, mobility , balance and proprioception in order to develop your potential and decrease potential injuries from training and daily life accidents.
-Legs exercices are included in this class, you will learn how to build more explosivity and also gain mobility.
FRIDAY’S Handstands.
-Probably scary at first but this class gets very exciting quite fast !
We focus on handstands , balance , body awareness and levers.
-We learn and discover methods for finding balance in a free handstand and also most importantly, we learn to safely bail out of handstands while avoiding any bad injuries.
SUNDAY’S Calisthenics Full Skills & Body Awareness.
-During this class we are going to focus on your body awareness / inner self-conscious to effeciently use your muscles for several purposes, planking amongst other things.
-We will also work on strenght training, proprioception, joint reinforcements (injury prevention) and training overal calisthenics skills that will put you upside down & around in order to unlock new moves and develop your potential.

These are small group training is limited to 14 people max.
The cost of single entry is 20€ per session or 15€ if it’s your first try.
Since participants are limited, please note that priority is given to monthly fees and those who have booked and payed for the class in advance thank you.
